Give Birth, Healing and Mission to the Christian's life

During the Sacrament of Baptism individuals are welcomed into the Christian community, forgiven of original sin, born into New Life, and receive the Holy Spirit.

Families looking to have their children Baptized may contact Nancy Van Beek at the Quad-Parish Faith Formation Center to schedule a Baptism date.  (920-497-7824)  Families will then schedule an appointment to meet with Fr. Dave  for preparation classes.

Adults looking to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation may contact Sr. Pat at the Quad-Parish Business Office for more information. (920-496-2160)    

 

Children typically receive their First Communion in second grade.  Prior to preparations for the Sacraments, children should complete first grade materials for faith formation through the Quad-Parish Faith Formation Center, Catholic Grade School or another parish.  Children will prepare for the sacraments through a combination of in-class materials, family work at home and a retreat experience.  For more information, contact the Quad-Parish Faith Formation Center at 920-497-7042.

Through the Sacrament of Confirmation, individuals are united more firmly with Christ, experience deeper participation in the church, are strengthened to spread the faith, and receive an increase in the Gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Juniors and Seniors in High School interested in preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation, may contact the Quad-Parish Faith Formation Center at 920-497-7042. Teens will gather to discuss what it means to be a Disciple of Jesus Christ.  They will also meet with sponsors, participate in a retreat and complete focused tasks to help prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation.

Thursday: 5:30 – 6 p.m. at Annunciation
Saturday: 3 – 3:30 p.m. at St. Jude
Saturday: 3 – 3:30 p.m. at St. Patrick
Sunday: After 10:30 a.m. Mass at St. Joseph

Communal Anointing Masses are offered at the Quad-Parishes in the fall and spring of each year.

You are invited to contact the Fr. Dave or Fr. Greg at least six months prior to your wedding to begin preparation for the Sacrament of Marriage.  Couples will meet with a priest, a Focus couple, and attend a retreat together.
